After reading the entries all of your have posted, i feel myself very pathetic, life in army is so dull!!...the only highlights that have taken so far is the day when our dearest Prime Minister and his family arrived in Pulau Tekong for his son enlistment...the day before and the actual day what everybody mainly discuss abt is abt his son enlistment....
aft tht day,wat we tok bt is mainly abt a section mate...so u can see hw miserable life in army(esp. P.Tekong) is hence resulting in limited issues to gossip or talk abt...anyway,this section mate is realli v idiotic...he is an expert in torturing his section by playing guitar whenever he is free in his bunk and the worse is,what he play is just repetition of just a few notes...during area cleaning or other things,he is a slacker,never do anything,but when there is Sir around, he will wayang s if he is v enthu in everything...he sucks in his marching s well,ppl tht r in front of him always end up goin back bunk to polish boots becoz he anyhw march..the way he walk is oso weird in the sense tht u wonder does evolution stops at him,becoz he walks like an ape,it difficult to discribe...anyway,few days ago,i just discover that actually the whole platoon dun realli like him...coz a few times we need to form a small section b4 we can march back to company line..then whenever he is there,the others will do a NDP air display,everybody will goes towards him,then a few steps away from him,everyone will disperse to form other sections to march back,with those suay and slow one end up marching back with him...if march back s a platoon,the row he is in will always b the last to form...Oso,whenever there is silly things said or done,it has to b him..
So far,have learnt quite a few life lessons,but all of this do not comes in an easy way...can only pray and hope that life in Tekong can b more easy and more interesting..have to book in 1hr time,got to go,bye...
